This database has
been compiled over a number of years by Dr Murray Laugesen and represents
a complete revision of data previously published in 1991 and was last
updated in 2005.
Countries The
database includes the 24 industrialised countries belonging to the OECD:
Pacific
rim countries: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada and the USA,
Nordic countries: Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland;
European countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the UK; also Turkey .
